Seraphyn (Derived from Seraph - a six-wing angel, guarding the throne of the god) is a community of experts from various business domains coming together to deliver the most practical solutions to the most challenging business problems.
To provide startups, and small and medium organisations, with expertise in Market Research, Business Development, Strategy Formation & Execution, Seraphyn was founded.
We aim to deliver the organisations we deal with, with research-supported, pragmatic solutions that aid in efficient implementation.

Kajinder Srivastava
Kajinder specialises in strategy, business development, operations, and consulting. With over a decade of experience working in the Aerospace and Defense sector, Kajinder has been able to establish a strong market presence and assist a few businesses with strategy and growth.
Kajinder holds certification in Strategy from IIM Kashipur, Uttrakhand.

Mr. Murali is a seasoned professional with forty years of experience in the aerospace and Defence industry. Mr. Murali has held a number of prestigious roles while working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. He received his education from the IIT in Chennai and the IIM in Kolkatta.
His commanding presence and extremely broad network of decision-makers in both the public and commercial sectors add significantly to Seraphyn's worth.

Mr Pankaj specialises in Primary market research, Business Development, Strategy consulting and Stakeholder Management. With a strong foundation on management learnings during his stint at Deloitte and KPMG, Mr Pankaj has developed a niche understanding of the pain points in the energy sector.
In addition to an excellent run at the corporate level, Mr Pankaj has completed his education at IIM Lucknow and UPES, Dehradun.
